printhaus was founded in 2017 in Portland, Oregon and was the collaboration of two women with an affection for the macabre. It took finding each other to finally be able to manifest years of depression, death obsession, and dissociation into a craft.
The name is inspired from BAUHAUS, We draw a lot of inspiration from film, the occult, antiques, music, and different mediums of art. 
printhaus hopes to build a community of "dark artists" and art in all forms as well as convey a safe place for everyone who might be struggling; to put the message out there that you are not alone.
printhaus has gone through a series of drastic changes in the past few months, all of which has been beneficial to our growth and identity. Konrad has joined the team and has been diligently working on building this platform so that we can bring you the best version of printhaus.
Soon Nicky and Konrad will be relocating to Halifax, NS for the next few months in preparation to move to Iceland early next year. Fear not however, because printhaus has no boundaries. 
We are always eager to collaborate with other artists in our community, from all parts of the globe.

SHIPPING FAQ:
WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM? 
For now your order is shipping from good ol' Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. We used to be in Portland, Oregon;
Soon we'll be in Reykjavik, Iceland. Stay tuned for some changes in shipping when we make the move. 
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS OUT?
 I usually run to the post Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's and try my best to accommodate everyone as fast as possible!  Everything is carefully printed and packed in house. Sometimes life can get in the way and it may take a bit longer than expected. For example If you order on a Friday evening, I won't be able to ship out until Monday; or if for some reason I've run out of shipping materials and can't get to the store that day etc. I'm doing my best I promise <3 !
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER? 
When you've reached the checkout page and are prompted to choose your shipping method, you must select the upgrade that includes a tracking number. This usually costs around 2x the price of the most affordable shipping option. This cheaper option does not include a tracking number. If you did purchase the upgraded shipping, it should be emailed to you as soon as the label is created. If not please contact us.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? 
Depending on if you've selected the upgraded shipping option or not that will determine if you can check on the status of your order or not. If you did not purchase the option with tracking, unfortunately we do not have any clue or answers on where it is. We can only confirm the date it left our hands, which you should receive an email when it has shipped.  Please read carefully the option you select, it will tell you the estimated*** expected shipping time.**
**The International "SURFACE" has a crazy estimated shipping time. It's like 24-85 days or something W I L D like that. I've seen it take the FULL amount of time to get somewhere. (South Africa I'm lookin' at you).  My suggestion if you're unsure about wanting to wait is to just upgrade to the International "AIR"; its a few dollars more but it has a delivery time of like 6-10 business days. (This option still doesn't include a tracking number)
***Canada post is actual trash and sometimes orders take slightly longer than the expected delivery date. They've been going on strike, and it backed up/messed up everything. Please be patient. 
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE? 
When you've reached the checkout page, there is a column on the left that lets you enter it. Do not include the quotation marks.
WHY CAN'T I COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?
This is something shopify does and I have no control over it;
