SHIPPING FAQ:

WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

For now your order is shipping from Reykjavik, Iceland.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS OUT?

I usually run to the post Monday's and try my best to accommodate everyone as fast as possible!  Everything is carefully printed and packed in house. Sometimes life can get in the way and it may take a bit longer than expected. For example If you order on a Friday evening, I won't be able to ship out until Monday; or if for some reason I've run out of shipping materials and can't get to the store that day etc. I'm doing my best I promise <3 !

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When you've reached the checkout page and are prompted to choose your shipping method, you must select the upgrade that includes a tracking number. This usually costs around 2x the price of the most affordable shipping option. This cheaper option does not include a tracking number. If you did purchase the upgraded shipping, it should be emailed to you as soon as the label is created. If not please contact us.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Depending on if you've selected the upgraded shipping option or not that will determine if you can check on the status of your order or not. If you did not purchase the option with tracking, unfortunately we do not have any clue or answers on where it is. We can only confirm the date it left our hands, which you should receive an email when it has shipped. Please read carefully the option you select, it will tell you the estimated*** expected shipping time.**

**The standard has a crazy estimated shipping time. It's like 24-85 days or something W I L D like that. I've seen it take the FULL amount of time to get somewhere. (South Africa I'm lookin' at you).  My suggestion if you're unsure about wanting to wait is to just upgrade your shipping option.

KEEP IN MIND I LIVE ON AN ISOLATED ISLAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN, IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

When you've reached the checkout page, there is a column on the left that lets you enter it. Do not include the quotation marks.

Sometimes the discount is applied automatically, in which case you will not need to do anything. This discount is shown on the shipping process page.

WHY CAN'T I COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?

This is something Shopify does and I have no control over it.
